The hotel is centrally located close to major attractions like the fort and Shahi Mosque, which is a real plus. The service from the reception staff, especially Mr Iqbal, was quite helpful, but the overall service didn’t meet my expectations. Unfortunately, the room I stayed in felt a bit cramped and was affected by noise from the reception area. The dining experience was not great, particularly breakfast, which was of poor quality.
